Bolivian Nights — Understand La Paz After Dark

Explore how La Paz continues after sunset through street food, shared drinks and the people who keep the city moving. Taste three local evening favourites while discovering the routines, work and social traditions behind each one.

3 hours · Small groups · 3 food & drink stops · From $17

Monday–Saturday · 7:00 PM

This isn’t about nightlife.

Bolivian Nights uses street food to help you understand what happens in La Paz after the sun goes down.

We’ll visit street vendors, try foods associated with the colder hours of the day and finish with one of the city’s distinctive hot drinks.

Along the way, every stop opens a different conversation: food traditions, street vendors, the anticucheras, Singani and the people working while much of the city is heading home.

You’ll leave with more than three new flavours.

You’ll understand La Paz after dark a little better.

SMALL GROUPS, BETTER CONVERSATIONS

We intentionally keep Bolivian Nights small. This gives us time to talk with vendors, ask questions, understand what we're eating and move through the city without overwhelming the places we visit. This isn't about trying as many dishes as possible. It's about understanding the stories and people behind them.
